Tuesday

The MRI (for my eye pain) is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16 at 9:15. I will know my results most likely on Thursday after I hear from my oncologist, Dr. Needles. It is likely I will take my 5 day December chemo cycle on Friday the 19th. As stated prior it depends on the doctor and MRI results.

Hey, girl...I heard there was a "moviestar sighting" at the grocery store yesterday...I KNEW just who Tonya was talking about when she saw a classy-looking lady unloading a child from a minivan dressed in large dark sunglasses and a kicky striped scarf...I knew that it would be YOU! Tonya said she couldn't pull off an outfit like that in a million years! But YOU...it was VERY fitting for someone as fashionable as you! Are you trying to travel incognito? B/C we who love you will seek you out...even if it's at the grocery store! Love ya! L Jo

Praying for you as you sleep! For clear results and a clear scan. We arrive home on Friday- I would love to bless you with a meal during this chemo round, since I have not been home to help! I'll call you....Love and hugs- Jen (Italia)
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26

Kate,

Lindsay and I will be praying for you, especially on Tuesday. Thank you for such a wonderful Friday evening. We really enjoyed spending it with you and your family. We will have to do it again soon. And I'm SERIOUS about taking us up on the babysitting...

It's Tuesday morning, Kate, and we are praying for you. May our Father give you peace and take away anxiety and fear as you go through your exam, and may He give you the results we all pray for. You are in His care.

Kate,
In about an hour you go for your appointment. I am praying for you. We all are. Remember that you are 'safe in the hands of the LORD your God as if you were safe inside His purse.' I Samuel 25:29, Living Bible...NIV says... 'secure in the bundle of the living.' We are all walking with you as God carries you. There are so many people who read the blog but do not post, and are praying, too.

Love,
Pam Mueller

Prayed for you this AM, my friend...for peace, for ability to lie still and have no nose itches or twitches during the nuclear scan...for patience during the wait for the results. Was at the grocery store this AM...but didn't see any moviestars. :) Love...L Jo
