It's a Wonderful Life

On Saturday afternoon we went to the movie theater to see, "The Nativity Story", a film about the birth of Jesus. Although the storyline deviated a little bit from the Biblical account, the cinematography and acting were outstanding. Our two older kids enjoyed it and because they are so familiar with the Biblical account, they told us the parts that were different.

On Sunday after we returned from the Rams football game we were surprised at the food and gifts brought to our house by a "secret santa". There was a lot of stuff! Coupled with gifts from ourselves and other family members, our children were abundantly blessed (spoiled rotten) this year.

We were blessed by the people that volunteered to help us buy presents and wrap them, since we did not have time to do these things ourselves. A special thanks to Kim V. and April C. Also, a very special thank you to our secret santa and her helpers. It was fun to watch the kids open each present.

Gram, Poppy, and Aunt Dee Dee came over this morning for a delicious, healthy brunch. It was probably the healthiest Christmas meal we have ever had. Also, Kate was blessed by a high school friend who dropped by and gave her 32 envelopes, each with a Scripture verse written on the outside and parking money for each day she travels down to Barnes for treatment.

God bless you all this wonderful Christmas day.

Merry Christms, Snodgrass family!

We are praying for you as you embark on your "dry run" tomorrow, Kate, and then begin the "real deal" on Wednesday. (So glad to hear that your holidays were special!)

God bless you,

Merry Christmas, Kate and Dave!
I have thought of you and your family and have been praying for you all for the last few days, and I'm happy to know that you've had fun times together. Cole's first Rams game was a great one, huh?!

Glad to know you've been blessed in so many ways, including by your Secret Santa and your high school friend. Now you won't have to RUN to the garage after your appointments at Barnes...though I bet you still will, won't you, Kate? ;)

Well, it remains my privilege to pray for you, and I will be praying for you tomorrow (Tues) as you get started, doing the dry run. Keep us posted on any new prayer requests, concerns, etc.
Love to you on this wonderful day we celebrate!

Kate, Dave & family

So glad to hear your Christmas was so wonderful. Although your friends bought gifts and you have so many people praying for you, I have to tell you what a miracle you have been to all of us...I know the road looks dark, but just as Christ carries us, as your friends and family, we will never leave your side...look down the prints in the sand are truly one...we will be there in prayer every step of the way...

Please know that your victory is really truly around the corner...I know your faith is immense, but for those of us who are part of this miracle truly see the works of Christ in all that is happening...

Such an honor to know you all and really see the true spirit of the lord every day...

If you need anything, a ride to the doctor anything at all...all you need do is ask...

your secret santa...

Love to all....
