Birthday Lava Cakes

Cole is anticipating a fun evening tomorrow of opening presents. He has decided his birthday dinner to be fried chicken (also wanted fish but needed to choose just one), special gourmet shaped pasta, veggie tray that had to have broccoli and grape tomatoes, dilled red potatoes, leafy salad and for dessert - Lava Cakes with rasberries. He requested that they ooze really good. On Valentines day they didn't ooze like we had all liked them to. I will only bake them tomorrow for 13 minutes for that special request.

The family will love the lava cakes. I think Cole wants them to experience what we do on a normal love day.

Sounds yummy---what time should I arrive? :)
I hope Cole feels really special and honored at his celebration! Isn't it such fun to do things for our kids, just because we love them and want them to feel special? I love to delight my children.
Have a great weekend, Kate!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY COLE from your relatives in Indiana!! ;) The dinner sounds great, wish we lived closer! It is great that the kids like to eat healthy (especially now days, they sound like their cousins). The lava cake sounds like fun could you email me the receipe? Sebastian and Arwen would love the oozing part and it sounds like something we could make/eat as a family, plus Sebastian is a big time cake and chocolate eater (he definitly has a sweet tooth!) I like to try different food items and Arwen loves to help cook. We are going to put her on the Feingold program this summer to see if it helps her, she is improving greatly at the special needs preschool. Hope everyone is over the sickies (colds) at your house. Glad to hear the MRI was good. Still praying daily for you Kate and your lovly family! Take care and if there is ANYTHING we can do, please let us know.

Oh, and by the way thanks for telling us about "Facing the Giants" I loved the story and could really relate to the wife!
