Pics to Enjoy

Snodgrass Family 2007

I am typing with one hand which makes it difficult to update you. My left hand just holds down the key without letting up. There is so much to say as I have been "blogging" in my mind at the rehab center. Just know I am discouraged with my left hand & will try to remember to bring a big pad of paper/ pen once leaving home if I can ............... actually write as I haven't tried. I am sure it won't be a problem since I am right handed. Today (Christmas) was a good day. Thankful for it. Many thanks to Kelly Park Photography for the pics prior to surgery.

Tired of typing with one hand,

thanks for checking in............... kate

Kate, it was a sweet blessing to "log on" and find you typed the blog today. No doubt it was a difficult task, but from everything I've read about you, you're a fighter...determined to finish the race. May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family. May your husband continue to be a pillar of great strength. May your boys change slowly while you are away from them, so that you are there for the three blessings God has trusted to your care. God Bless! Still praying and fully believing God will heal you....Amber States, a friend of Suzanne James, Denton, TX

OH, KATE...(I'm yelling in my mind...the pictures are WONDERFUL! I LOVE them! I was so glad to see you took time to pick at the keys one-handed to say 'hey' to your ever-growing fan club and ardent admirers. Thought of you a LOT yesterday...where were you, did you have to take a nap, did you get up and down the stairs OK, did you fall asleep in the car on the way back to the rehab center, did your lap get sore from the boys sitting on you, blah, blah, blah. I was EVER so happy for you that you got booted for the day and even EVER EVER more happy for you that the release paperwork is being perused and getting itself in order. How ya doin' on headbands...need a fashion update? Lemme know... I'm poised and ready to shop (one of my favorite pasttimes)...Laura Joback

Kate - I had to look twice at the name under Stuart's picture - I thought it was a type as I was SURE it was Cole... he looks just like Cole did not too long ago. Got your message last night when we returned from KC - tried to call you back but you must have left to go back to SJRH. Ann (and Ted) is my neighbor and she was giving us an update on Ted's stroke at our neighborhood Christmas get together and when I told her my friend Kate was there she immediately knew WHICH Kate - "the one with three darling little boys and who is SUCH a sweetheart" - see it's such a small world afterall... Looking forward to seeing you hopefully real soon.

Love, p
